  • When the knowledge and culture of cheese become a vocation

    I am Marta Roger, I was born and raised in a dairy farm, in Barcelona, ​​where a great passion for the cheese tradition and the products of the land developed

    I started making cheese in 2000, after studying agricultural engineering and since then I have been related to the products derived from milk from small Spanish, French and Italian producers, I have made them, sold them, have served as a jury in their competitions and finally I started teaching cheesemaking in 2012.
